The Covid-19 pandemic has changes how all businesses and organization to adapt and change the way they do things. Over the past year, LO provided over 30 free webinars, held three all-chapter meetings, 56 online professional development sessions and broadcast a stunning and emotional Awards of Excellence ceremony online.

The pandemic has brought us all closer together and particpation in LO is higher than ever. The LO Peer to Peer Network continues to meet on a regular basis and business owners no longer feel alone or overwhelmed by the contast change around. With the formation of the Diversity, Inclusion and Belonging Committee, we're also working to ensure everyone has access to a rewarding and fulfilling career in the green profession.
