Oldcastle acquires Techniseal
Oldcastle recently acquired Montreal, Que.-based Techniseal. Al Dorais will remain with Techniseal as president, and Techniseal’s headquarters, sales and marketing, as well as research and development will remain in Montreal. “Working together, Techniseal and Oldcastle look forward to continuing the growth of the industry leading Techniseal brand by providing superior customer service, as well as a robust pipeline of innovative new products to our loyal customers,” the company said in a media release. “Techniseal will continue to run independently from within Oldcastle and will remain focused on serving the needs of our entire customer network.”
