The Toro Company has acquired Intimidator Group for $400 million USD. Based in Batesville, Ark., the Intimidator Group designs and manufactures Spartan Mowers, a professional line of zero turn mowers.

The Toro Company has completed the acquisition of Regnerbau Calw GmbH, a privately held manufacturer of professional irrigation equipment.

The Toro Company board of directors elected Richard M. Olson to the position of president and chief executive officer, effective November 1, 2016.
